Adanac Moly Corp. (AUA: TSX.V) (“the Company”), reports the appointment of Mr. Kal Kotecha and Mr. Ken Reser as investor relations consultants. Mr. Kotecha is located in Kitchner , Ontario ; he is a Professor, School of Business and Economics, Sheridan College , he teaches students Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Labor economics. He is a writer and marketer in the junior mining and resource field. Mr. Reser is located in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta; acted as head IR person for Winslow Gold Corp & and as IR Person for Gentry Resources for approx 4 years, he was also IR person for five other small capital VSE listed gold & diamond exploration companies thru 1990's. He also has extensive personal mining, exploration & mineral staking experience in South America, West Africa , Yukon & NWT over the course of 20 years. He is a founding member of GATA (Gold Anti Trust Action).
Mr. Kotecha and Mr. Reser will be responsible for liaising with the stockbrokers, funds, newsletter writers and other investment groups.
Mr. Kotecha and Mr. Reser will be receiving $1,000 and $1,500 per month respectively for a term of six months as well as a share option of 50,000 shares at a price to be set in shortly, in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. Mr. Kotecha and Mr. Reser are welcome additions to the Adanac team.
